Ever wondered what it was really like to work for a busy resort and what it takes?

Sure, you want to be a PADI instructor, but do you know what really goes into the day to day of working for a dive shop?

The Resort Operations Specialist Course is a natural extension of your IDC and your MSDT prep. You will learn and perform the daily duties of: dock master, first mate, dive guide, fill station operator, gas blender and more.

You will have the opportunity to assist with some of your first Open Water Diver courses as well as get addition coaching and tips on how to run these courses at a resort. Think of it as a taste of the business as well as a wonderful opportunity to network and meet instructors who have been doing it for a while.
